Matt Ashby is an experienced and award winning real estate agent focused on residential and investment properties. After realizing his passion for the Mexican culture, scenery and investment opportunities he partnered with Lev Makievsky. Lev
Lev Makievsky grew up in Canada in between the cities of Montreal and Vancouver. After years of battling the cold and rain of North America he knew that he belonged in the tropics. A career and degree in hospitality management has helped him garner incredible people and business skills. After moving to Mexico for a change of scenery, Lev fell in love with the Riviera Maya and decided to lay his roots in Playa del Carmen. Real estate came naturally to Lev and he’s been in the business for over 5 years now. He has incredible resources such as real estate attorneys, accountants, property management companies, interior design among many others. English, French, Russian and Spanish have helped Lev become one of the leading realtors in Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
